# Vercel + Lutril: setup guide

> Lutril connects to Vercel with an access token scoped to one team. You also provide the Team ID Lutril should manage. Lutril lists team members and outstanding invites, and a just-in-time policy can grant a time-boxed role on a single Vercel project and take it back at the deadline.

## Setup

1. In Vercel, open your avatar menu and go to Account Settings, then Tokens.
2. Click Create Token, name it Lutril, and under Scope choose the team Lutril should manage rather than your personal account.
3. Pick an expiration and click Create, then copy the token. Vercel shows it once.
4. Go to Team Settings, then General, and copy the Team ID. The team slug from your Vercel URL works too.
5. In Lutril, connect Vercel, paste the token, and enter the Team ID.

## Access requested

- Acts with the permissions of the account that created the token
- Inviting or removing team members requires an Owner's token; a token from a Member can only read the roster
