Connect Aircall to Lutril

Lutril connects to Aircall with an API ID and API Token (the Basic Auth username and password) so it can read and manage your Aircall users.

Open Aircall API settings

Required scope / permission

  • Aircall API access via Basic authentication (create the key as an Admin or Owner)

Setup steps

  1. Sign in to the Aircall Dashboard with Admin or Owner privileges.
  2. Open Integrations & API, then the API Keys tab, and click Add a new API key. Open Aircall Dashboard
  3. Aircall generates two strings: the API ID (username) and the API Token (password). Copy both now; the token is shown only once.
  4. In Lutril, connect Aircall, paste the API ID and API Token, and optionally set the base URL.
