Connect Deskbird to Lutril
Lutril connects to Deskbird with a company API key and uses it to read your Deskbird user list, so every account shows up in the inventory and in access reviews. The Deskbird Public API is read only for users, so Lutril never creates or removes a Deskbird account.

- Public API key of type API, which grants read access to the company user list (GET /users)
Setup steps

Sign in to Deskbird as a Global Admin. Only Global Admins can generate API keys.

Go to Admin, then Company settings, then API keys, and click Generate key.

Give the key a name, choose the type API (not SCIM), pick an expiration period (1, 2 or 3 years, or unlimited), then click Generate key.

Copy the key straight away: Deskbird only shows a preview of it afterwards.

In Lutril, connect Deskbird and paste the key. Leave the API base URL as it is unless Deskbird gave you a different Public API host.
