Connecter Spreo à Lutril
Lutril connects to Spreo, the online whiteboard formerly known as Metro Retro, with an account admin API key. It reads every member of your Spreo account with their role, and it time boxes the role rather than the account: a grant raises somebody to Admin, Member or Guest for as long as the access lasts, then Lutril writes their previous role back at the deadline. Spreo's API cannot create an account and cannot suspend one, and Lutril never pretends otherwise. Inviting somebody and removing them stay manual steps in Spreo, because Spreo's only removal takes a person out of the account permanently.

Sign in to Spreo as an account owner or admin. Only those two roles can reach the admin area at all, and the API key inherits the same restriction.

Open Organization, then Settings, then API, and create a key. Copy it straight away.

In Lutril, connect Spreo and paste the API key. There is nothing else to configure: Spreo runs on a single host and Lutril discovers your account from the key.

To time box Spreo access, set the access levels on the Spreo app in your catalogue to account_admin, account_member and account_guest. Those are Spreo's own role names, so what somebody requests is exactly what they get. A guest is external to your organization and takes no licensed seat.

Account ownership is deliberately not offered as an access level. Spreo treats it as a transfer rather than a role, only an owner can hand it over, and a deadline that moved it back would undo a change of record. Transfer ownership in Spreo by hand.

A grant only ever raises a role. Anyone who already holds the role they asked for, or a higher one, is left exactly as they were, so a deadline can never take away access Lutril did not grant. If somebody changes the role by hand while a grant is running, Lutril leaves their decision alone rather than overwriting it at the deadline.

Spreo applies role changes in the background, so Lutril reads the role back before it reports a grant as served. A request that Spreo accepts but has not applied yet is reported as pending rather than as access somebody can use.
